Six capability layers.
One operating model.

Revenue is a system, not a stack of vendors. We install six capability layers under one operating model — Revenue Operations, Marketing Systems, Applications, Search & Discoverability, Automation, and Intelligence — as infrastructure that compounds, not tactic-of-the-month agency work.

DIRECT ANSWER

TechStack Consulting installs revenue infrastructure — RevOps architecture, marketing systems, custom applications, search & discoverability, automation, and intelligence — as one stack instead of six disconnected vendors. Every engagement ships working systems with documented hand-off. Fixed-fee, founder-led, US-based. Not a marketing agency. Not a dev shop. Not a strategy consultancy.

The capability stack

Six layers. Named. Scoped. Installed as one.

Each layer is a distinct capability that can be scoped and installed on its own. Most engagements start with one or two layers and expand once the value is proven.

LAYER

Revenue Operations

CRM, lifecycle, attribution, reporting — one source of truth.

Pipeline stages, ownership rules, lead routing, lifecycle triggers, attribution, and forecasting — under one operating model. The layer everything else hangs from.

LAYER

Marketing Systems

Campaign ops, lifecycle, landing, conversion — tied to bookings.

Marketing as infrastructure. Campaign machinery, lifecycle email, landing pages, and reporting that convert attention into pipeline you can actually attribute — not creative of the week.

LAYER

Applications

Internal tools, portals, dashboards, customer-facing software.

Production software on a real stack — React + Supabase + Postgres + GoHighLevel + edge integrations. Not Zapier chains, not no-code patchwork.

LAYER

Search & Discoverability

SEO + AEO engineered as one demand-capture layer.

Search treated as a system, not a tactic. Topical architecture, technical foundations, GBP, content production, and answer-engine optimization aligned to pipeline — not vanity rankings.

LAYER

Automation

Routing, triggers, middleware — the connective tissue.

Lead routing, lifecycle triggers, integrations, and reliable middleware that turn manual handoffs into instrumented flows you can observe and audit.

LAYER

Intelligence

Tracking, dashboards, experimentation, QA — the data layer.

Server-side tracking, attribution, dashboards, experimentation, and quality assurance — so leadership decisions stop being instinct and start being measurable.

Why not the alternatives

Marketing agencies. Dev shops. Strategy consultants.
Each with one specific failure mode.

MARKETING AGENCY

Campaigns without the systems underneath.

They'll run your ads, produce content, and post to your GBP. What they won't do is install the CRM, attribution, or lifecycle machinery that turns any of it into measurable pipeline. Result: reporting looks great, revenue stays flat.

DEV SHOP

Software without demand attached.

They'll ship your React app on time and on budget. What they won't do is figure out who buys it, how to get them there, or what the retention motion looks like. Result: production-ready code, zero users.

STRATEGY CONSULTANT

Slides without either.

They'll deliver a 60-slide framework and a phased 12-month roadmap. What they won't do is build any of it. Result: a deck your team can't operationalize and a bill you can't justify to the board.

Questions

Common questions before a strategy call.

What does TechStack Consulting actually do?

We install the operating system underneath your revenue function — six capability layers (RevOps, marketing systems, applications, search/AEO, automation, intelligence) built as one stack instead of six disconnected vendors. Every engagement ships working systems, not decks.

How is TechStack different from a marketing agency or a dev shop?

Marketing agencies do campaigns without the systems underneath. Dev shops build software without demand attached. TechStack does both under one operating model. That matters when marketing needs real software (custom CRMs, attribution middleware, internal tools) — most agencies stack Zapier on top; we build it properly. It also matters when developers ship apps that marketing can't drive traffic to — we close that loop.

Do we have to hire you for all six layers?

No. Most engagements start with one or two layers and expand once the value is proven. The most common entry point is a 10-day Systems Audit, which maps all six layers and recommends the highest-leverage two or three to install first.

What technology stack do you build on?

React + Vite + Supabase + Postgres + GoHighLevel for the core stack, with edge functions and integration middleware where needed. All production code is client-owned; platform accounts are client-owned; hand-off is documented.

Is there a minimum engagement?

The Systems Audit at $7,500 fixed is the smallest engagement. Anything smaller becomes "informed opinion" instead of a written deliverable you can act on.

Who is TechStack a fit for?

Service businesses at $1M–$50M in revenue, multi-location franchises, and B2B SaaS companies past no-code ceilings. Not a fit for pre-revenue startups, pure DTC e-commerce brands, or anyone whose primary buying axis is lowest price.

What does it cost to work with TechStack?

Fixed-fee across the board. Audit $7,500. Sprints $8K–$25K. Embedded retainers $4K–$25K/month. Custom builds $40K–$250K. Written change orders for anything outside the original scope. No hourly billing since 2022.

How do we get started?

Book a strategy call at /strategy-call. We talk through where revenue is breaking down and recommend the engagement model that fits. Most conversations end with either a scoped audit quote or a "you're not the fit for us" — no hard sell.
