Data Processing Addendum (DPA)

This Data Processing Addendum ("DPA") forms part of the agreement between MeMomentum and our customers and reflects the parties' agreement with regard to the processing of personal data.

1. Definitions

Key terms used in this DPA, such as "Personal Data," "Data Subject," and "Processing," will have the meanings given to them in applicable data protection laws.

2. Processing of Personal Data

MeMomentum will process personal data only on behalf of the customer and in accordance with their instructions for the purpose of providing the services.

3. Security Measures

We will implement and maintain appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, or access.
